Conversion and extension of existing beach house in Heacham, Norfolk.

For this new build in Heacham, Bespoke Norfolk Group undertook the demolition of an existing large beach hut and built a luxury two storey, 3-bedroom coastal home.

The house is a masterpiece of contemporary design, based on a steel frame build and finished inside and out to the highest possible standard. One notable highlight is the feature curved staircase which leads up to an open-plan living space. We also built an incredible cylinder lift, allowing alternative access to the first floor.

The kitchen breakfast room boasts a sleek gloss-white finish, with quartz worktops and integrated appliances. Each bathroom has been meticulously created, with luxurious fittings throughout which carefully integrate with the wider décor.

Opening the two large bi-fold doors on the first floor sees you enter a covered balcony terrace. The glass here is fitted with ‘invisible’ glazing, allowing uninterrupted views directly over the stunning North Norfolk dunes and North Sea.
